At any given time, the AFA has approximately thirty exhibitions, ranging from ancient to contemporary art, in various stages of development. Corporate and foundation support enables the AFA to develop and implement quality exhibitions that travel to museums across North America and Europe.

Education
To complement its exhibitions program, the AFA creates and produces a variety of educational materials such as exhibition catalogues, gallery guides, and teacher resource packets. These materials provide key information on the artwork, artists, history, and philosophical and political influences of the time period. Education support is an opportunity to invest in the future and enrich the lives of children and adults.

Programs
The AFA organizes and presents educational programs for the public and museum professionals. ArtTalks, the AFA’s public lecture series, provides a unique opportunity for the public to interact with artists and influential figures in the art world. ArtMatters provides professional development and networking opportunities for museum directors, curators, and other museum personnel. General program support is vital to the ongoing development and presentation of the AFA’s wide range of activities.
